At GTG Energy™, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, and costs for all GTG Energy™ Pouches orders.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (CONUS)
We offer standard shipping to all addresses within the Continental United States (CONUS).
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: $5.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping
Expedited Shipping
Need your GTG Energy™ Pouches faster? We offer expedited shipping options:
- 2-Day Shipping: $12.99 (delivery within 2 business days)
- Next-Day Shipping: $24.99 (order by 12 PM PST for next business day delivery)
Subscription Orders
All subscription orders (Pro and Elite tiers) include FREE standard shipping on every delivery, regardless of order size.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same business day
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
Shipping Destinations
Continental United States (CONUS)
We currently ship to all 48 continental U.S. states.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories is available but may incur additional shipping costs and extended delivery times (7-14 business days). Please contact us at hello@gtg.energy for a shipping quote.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your GTG Energy™ account and viewing your order history.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will be displayed in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual delivery
If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at hello@gtg.energy and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours at hello@gtg.energy
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Weather and Natural Disasters
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters may cause shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays and work with our carriers to ensure delivery as soon as conditions improve.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly support our military personnel and ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days depending on location. Standard shipping rates apply.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders of 20+ bundles (100+ cans), please contact us at hello@gtg.energy for custom shipping quotes and arrangements.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), shipping and delivery times may be extended due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Any holiday-specific shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected delivery frequency:
- Pro Tier: Monthly delivery, free shipping always included
- Elite Tier: Monthly delivery, free shipping always included
- Quarterly Merch Bonus: Free branded merchandise ships with your 3rd, 6th, 9th, etc. subscription order at no additional cost
You can manage your subscription shipping address and delivery schedule anytime by logging into your account.
